The Next Generation Toyota Kluger’s 3.6 litre quad cam V6 engine generates over 200kW of power, which it delivers more efficiently due to Toyota’s sophisticated Variable Valve Timing with Intelligence (VVTi) technology.
VVTi ensures that fuel and oxygen are mixed at the optimal rate based on engine load and revs, and that exhaust is similarly regulated to maximise efficiency and control emissions. Co-ordinated by the on-board computer, VVTi maximizes power and torque for performance.
Toyota technologies manage and deliver all of that surging power to the roadway in a controlled and efficient fashion, so that nothing is wasted, and safety and stability are maximised. Toyota’s Vehicle Control Management system is an integrated set of highly sophisticated traction and stability control mechanisms which enhance road holding , improve cornering, and prevent skidding.
Vehicle Stability Control (VSC) and Traction Control are electronically co-ordinated to maximise traction in the front and rear wheels. The Anti-skid Braking System (ABS) further improves road-holding and increases performance.
The Next Generation Kluger’s looks are in keeping with its sophistication. Kluger’s aerodynamically inspired and assertively broad profile encapsulates a maximally spacious interior. The Kluger is both muscular and graceful, imposing and practical.
